The Oakes Avenue facade

The Oakes Avenue facade alternates full-depth brick and dark vertical steel. Recessed balconies and private decks break up the frontage, with a covered entry court leading to the main lobby.

The planned finishes pair Hebron Gin Mill brick with Dekko Clay concrete panels, matte black vertical steel and Rustic Rawhide flat steel.
